Elam's Northern Ireland representative was "massively encouraged", following last weeks conference at the Glenada complex in Newcastle.
Around 50 people came on the weekend and heard reports from the persecuted church as well as Elam's ongoing involvement in the Iran region. Delegates were particularly entusiastic about talks on witnessing to people from a Middle Eastern background given by a former Elam College graduate. Many commented how "the fresh approach allowed them to see Christianity through the eyes of an Iranian".
As well as a series of talks and messages, an evening of prayer was held for Iran and the work of Elam led by worship leader Amir Javivadeh.
