"An answer to years of prayer!"
Elam Ministries’ mission continues to expand in the Iran Region through the work of new trained workers going to the mission field. From December of 2004 through February 2005, a total of 4 new associates from Elam are being sent to two countries in the Iran Region. The workers in both of these countries will find themselves in sensitive places, but at the same time there is a deep hunger for the Lord.
Iran was the first country to send missionaries to China centuries ago. From its beginning Elam’s dream has been that the Iranian Church would again be a sending Church. One Christian leader in a country neighbouring Iran has emphasized the fact that Elam graduates now serving in his country is an answer to years of prayer.
These new Elam workers will be ministering to people in various capacities as well as be involved in humanitarian aid programs, teaching, and ministering to the destitute.
Please pray for these 4 workers and their safety. Some of them are in dangerous places with sporadic violence and opposition. Pray for them to communicate effectively as they represent the Lord Jesus to many who have never heard the Gospel.
