Postage & Packing
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it, subject to product availability. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following day, any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Elam Ministries will ship your goods to you using the most cost effective mail provider. For smaller orders we use Royal Mail, and for heavier parcels we use Business Post, who deliver to the door.
UK: The target delivery time is 3 working days. We use Royal Mail, 1st class for small orders. For larger orders we are using Business Post, who will deliver to the door, next day delivery.
Europe and Rest of The World: Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. (Monday to Friday). Local import duties are payable by the customer. If in doubt please check with your local customs and excise department.
For outside Europe, orders up to 2kgs or up to 5kgs for printed paper (2kgs for Canada), can be sent at a cheaper rate with Royal Mail surface mail. Delivery times for surface male are as follows: North America: Up to 6 weeks, South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks, Australasia: Up to 12 weeks.
If you would like this cheaper rate, please contact us by e-mail, publications@elam.com, before placing your order, since the webshop will automatically calculate air mail.
Returns
If on receipt of the goods they are found to be incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 40 days from the date you purchased the goods, on +44 1483 520951 or use the contact form.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, we would be happy to exchange with another product of similar value. But you will have to pay any additional postage costs. Goods will not be exchanged or refunded later than 40 days after the date you purchased the goods.
Paying by credit/debit card
You can pay online using a credit or debit card, and this payment will be conducted through a secure online payment basket provided by our shopping cart provider. You will be able to see that the page is secure as it will have a padlock symbol and the URL of this Website page begins with https://www. rather than http://www.
If you are shopping from outside the U.K., place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros, or your own currency.
