Christians persecuted for their faith in Iran testify that in prison they felt the power of prayer supernaturally strengthening them. Elam Ministries wants Farshid Fathi, imprisoned for over 20 months, to feel the power of at least 100,000 believers interceding for him. To help create this avalanche of prayer, the ministry has printed free bookmarks to help churches pray for him, his wife and two young children.
Arrested on December 26th 2010, Farshid first endured months of solitary confinement and long hours of interrogation. He was then sentenced to six years imprisonment on March 5th 2012 for his Christian activities. The appeal against this sentence was rejected in June 2012. This means Farshid will not be set free till the end of 2016.
But the release date for Farshid is not in human hands. It is in God’s.

• His release.
