Beyond the Prison Walls
Persecution takes many forms. While this gallery highlights prisoners of conscience, believers in Iran can suffer for their faith in many other ways. Developed for the 2024 International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church, use our prayer guide to intercede for those suffering beyond the prison walls:
Thank you for praying.
“Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with
them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body.”
Hebrews 13:3 (ESV)
Across Iran, courageous men and women are enduring imprisonment for their faith in Christ. While their stories often go unheard, they are not forgotten by God — and they must not be forgotten by us.
