The Floodgates are Open - Women in Iran E1
Today’s episode is the first in our second podcast series - “Women in Iran.” In this series, we’ll hear from three women about their extraordinary journeys to the Christian faith while living in a culture that systematically oppresses women.
Mojdeh, our first guest was born in Iran and raised in a Christian home before the 1979 revolution in Iran. She’ll be sharing how this event has significantly affected women in her culture.
Trained as a medical doctor by profession, Mojdeh eventually felt called into full-time women’s ministry. She was also a key member of the translation team that translated the Bible into modern-day Persian. For decades, Mojdeh has helped thousands of Iranian women experience the transforming power of the Gospel, as well as equipping them to reach other Iranian women with the hope of Jesus.
