Training leaders for the growing Iranian church remains at the heart of our ministry. This year, more than 60 people have already gone through our 3-month Healthy Emerging Leaders course, and another cohort of 13 are due to commence the course soon.

Our Training Team have been deeply encouraged by the transformation God has worked in the students this year. "One young woman was fearful when she started," our Training team leader recalls as one example. "She was afraid of persecution, but she took a step of faith. And she became a different person during the three months of training."

This young woman's fears were realized when she was arrested and questioned for 24 hours by Iranian intelligence agents upon returning home from the course. "She took it bravely," reports the team leader, who sees a great deal of potential in this courageous young woman, among many others.
